Unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment for yesterday and they told me they would arrived between 2-2:30. I took off work so that I could be home when they arrived but I waited and waited and they never showed up. I lost time off work and still have to deal with the problem I'm having until I can get another company out. At the very least I expected a call or text to let me know they couldn't make it but they never called.

Caine missed the first appointment. Rescheduled for 2nd attempt and plumber called to delay two hours. Ended up on an emergency job unable to make the appointment again. Going with another company. Giving 2 stars because they have helped us in past with good results.

These guys were awesome in 2 hrs fixed my sewage blockage and A1 American spent 2 days trying to fix it and even had me call the county for no reason. Contact me if you need more info!! I thought they were too cheap for the work they did!!

If I can give this company a 0 I would. I agree with the other reviewer. This company is the worst!! Called and they stated they will come and never showed up. A tech called and said he was running 30 min behind and will come. No surprise did not show up! The owner finally called after many voice mails I left with a lame excuse saying the tech went to wrong order first. If u don’t want to make money why be in service! This is a example of a pathetic, worst unreliable business I ever seen! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Pay hundreds of dollars before choosing this company! Thanks a lot for wasting my time and making me miss time from work for nothing! I wish nothing but bad on this company! And yes I’m beyond mad with their poor service!!!!!!!
